Sire: On The Money Red (1978 Sorrel stallion) is considered by many to be the greatest sire of money-earning barrel horses of all time. He is a 5 time leading sire of barrel horses! Even when he is not leading the pack, he stays at the top of the proven sire list. His offspring has won every major futurity in the US. He was both an exceptional athlete as well as a proven producer. On the track he earned a speed index of 103. As a race horse sire, he has produced multiple stakes winners
as well as AAA race horses. Barrel racers still seek after On the Money Red bred horses because of the explosive speed they bring to the arena. Unfortunately, On The Money Red died of cancer, January 2001.
